We don’t offer returns and exchanges because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
They will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.
If there’s an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You’ll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system.

If you have tracking number but it is not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes/order cancellations for a short period of time after your order is placed. Once, the package is dispatched, you can’t modify or cancel the order. To see if your order is still eligible to be changed, visit our ” Track Your Order “ page.

Right now, we only accept Paypal BUT PayPal can also be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account) even if you don’t have any Paypal account.
